Terms of service

These terms cover this website and the shows Cel House publishes. They're short because there isn't much to agree to: there is nothing here to sign up for.

Our apps are not a service you can use

We register a developer app with each platform we publish to, so that episodes can be uploaded automatically. Those apps post to our own accounts only. They are internal tools, they are not offered to anyone else, and nobody outside Cel House can sign in to them.

The episodes

We own the episodes we make. The reporting behind them belongs to the news organisations we link in every description — we summarise their work and send you to them.

You're welcome to watch, share and link to our episodes anywhere. Please don't re-upload them as your own, or edit them in a way that changes what they say.

Accuracy, and what we don't promise

Our shows are made with AI and reviewed by a person before they publish. That catches a lot. It does not make them perfect, and we won't pretend otherwise: a news brief can be wrong.

So we promise a process instead of an outcome. When we get something wrong, we say so publicly and fix what we can:

Nothing in our episodes is professional advice — not legal, medical or financial. Check anything that matters against the sources we link.

Links

We link to news sites we don't run and can't vouch for. Following a link takes you somewhere with its own terms.

Liability

We provide this site and our episodes as they are. To the extent the law allows, Cel House isn't liable for loss arising from what you do with what you read or watch here. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.

Law

These terms are governed by Spanish law, and the courts of Spain have jurisdiction over any dispute.
