Privacy policy
Cel House makes animated shows and publishes them on YouTube, Instagram and TikTok. This page says what we know about you, which is close to nothing, and what we do with it when we do know something.
This website
No cookies. No analytics. No tracking scripts. No ads. Nothing is stored in your browser, and we receive no report telling us who visited or what they read.
Like every website, this one is delivered by a host — ours is Cloudflare — which processes connection information such as your IP address in order to serve the page and protect it from attack. That happens at the infrastructure level and we see no per-visitor data from it.
Watching the shows
Our episodes are watched on YouTube, Instagram and TikTok. While you are on those platforms, their privacy policies apply, not ours — they decide what they collect and show you.
What we see from them is the statistics every account holder sees about their own videos: how many people watched, for how long, roughly where in the world. It arrives as counts and averages. It does not tell us who you are, and we make no attempt to work it out.
The apps we register with those platforms
To publish an episode automatically, we register a developer app with each platform. Those apps sign in to our own accounts only, and the access they hold is limited to uploading our episodes, setting their thumbnails and reading the statistics above.
They are internal tools. There is no sign-up, nobody else can sign in to them, and they never ask for access to your account.
If you write to us
Email to corrections@celhouse.com reaches a personal inbox. We keep your address and your message for as long as it takes to deal with what you wrote about — and, if it led to a correction, for as long as that correction stays in the log, so we can show our working.
We don't add you to a mailing list, and we don't pass your message to anyone else. If you'd like it deleted, ask at the same address and we will.
Your rights
We're based in Spain, so European data-protection law applies. You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to corrections@celhouse.com.
Changes
If this policy changes we'll post the new version here and move the date below. We don't keep a mailing list, so this page is the announcement.
